Payroll and Personnel Specialist For Youssef Allam

Youssef Allam is seeking to hire "Payroll and Personnel Specialist with the following requirements: -Responsible for monthly payroll running with accuracy and timeliness -Follow up the completion, review and calculation KPIs for staff -Develop and prepare monthly report -Handle the employee contractual process and assist into updating the existing compensation and benefits policies. Exp.: 2- 4 years in payroll and personn -Excellent knowledge and practical experience of Egyptian labor related laws (Labor law, social insurance law) -Studies in compensation and benefits, payroll or taxation are an asset.
