A. JOB PURPOSE:
Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performance applications through writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
B.RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and build web applications.
Combine the art of design with the art of programming to deliver quality product
Translate high-level requirements into interactive flows and artifacts
Transform app ideas into highly functional user interfaces
Maintain quality and ensure responsiveness of applications
Maintain code integrity and organization
Design and build working visual elements
Understand and implement security and data protection
Design and build APIs from scratch using Nodejs.
Design and build database: SQL, MySQL, Mongo DB.
C. QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related software engineering discipline.
2 + Years’ of experience in Solution, Design and Hands-on Development of web applications.
Understanding and implementation of security and data protection.
Experience with web development technologies including Node JS, express
Experience with debugging, performance profiling and optimization comprehensive understanding of object-oriented and service-oriented application development techniques and theories.
Hands on experience with HTML, CSS, and AJAX
Development experience designing object-oriented JavaScript
Applicable knowledge of web libraries and frameworks such as AngularJS, Angular +4
Experience with cloud message APIs and usage of push notifications.
Experience in using third part system.
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude
Attention to details
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2. Title: Digital Solutions team leader
A. JOB PURPOSE:
The team leader will manage our development team and provide effective guidance. He will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members daily.
B.RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide mentorship and guidance to the team members to achieve highest levels of quality and productivity and provide any training that team members need.
Help software architects to design solutions to support growing business needs while thoroughly considering the system impact
25-50% hands-on development
Contribute in change control policies, software builds, deployment strategies, code reviews and software recommendations
The main reference for technological directions and technical problems
Be part of the software development team and in addition to the above roles, the team leader will also develop backlog items
In addition, the team leader should have experience in IT infrastructure and security
C. QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related software engineering discipline.
Proven experience of leading a team of software Engineers including performance, development and disciplinary issues.
Proven experience in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle, with an emphasis on requirements elicitation, requirements and design modelling, documentation and communication.
Proven experience in using management tools like Jira and Trello.
Proven experience working in an agile environment.
Proven experience in IT infrastructure and security.
Has strong technical background in full stack development as well as development for mobile platforms.
Has Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus.
