Admin Coordinator For PROSERVICE

PROSERVICE is urgently hiring: Admin Coordinator Located in Nasr City. Qualifications: - B.Sc. of Business Administration or any relative degree. - From 3-5 years of experience in Constructions is prefer. - Professional MS Office user. - Good command in English (writing & Speaking). - Organize, Achiever, business writing skills, communication skills. - Naser city or nearby resident is prefer. Main Tasks: - Include but not limited to: - Handling basic office duties, responding to emails, maintaining client records, and data entry and reporting. - Answering questions and finding information for employees, vendors, clients, and lenders. - Supporting employees by facilitating interdepartmental communications and interactions between internal and external parties. - Ensuring that the office is well-maintained, organized, and secure. - Organize company documents into updated filing systems.
