I am looking for an excellent Head of Recruitment to be located in Dukki , Cairo , Egypt at Staff Arabia head offices.
Staff Arabia, is A Leading Regional HRO Service, Recruitment & Consultancy firm operating through the MENA region
Head of Recruitment:
• BA degree is a must preferably in Business/HR, MBA would be a plus
• 7-10 years’ of exp, including 3 years in a similar position. With proven track record & achievements.
• Previous exp. in managing team of Talent Acquisition Seniors & Specialists.
• Previous exp. in working with local & multinational clients/vendors/providers for both white & blue-collar positions & international recruitment campaigns.
• Previous exp. in a reputable service provider is a plus.
• Excellent command of English, French would be a plus.
• Excellent communication, Leadership & Planning skills.
• Capable to travel according to business needs.
Salary Bracket between 15-18K EGP + plus benefits
