El Sewedy Electrical Solutions is hiring "Sales Manager" for Upper Egypt Region. Qualifications: 1- Bachelor of Electrical Engineering is a must. 2- 10+ years of experience in the field of Sales, L.V, M.V panels, L.V components & Lighting fixtures. 3- High Communication. Leadership and Negotiations skills. 4- Strong connections in Upper Egypt Area. Some of key accountabilities: 1. Contributes in developing the annual sales plan and setting measurable and achievable targets for the sales teams based on the current and prospective clients’ requirements. 2. Schedules sales visits according to the area and the set priorities, and follows up with the sales team the outcome of visits and provides the necessary directions. 3. Works collaboratively with Product Managers, and stays abreast of the latest market trends, competitions and varying customer needs in order to set expectations and direct the sales team accordingly. 4. Works on developing and updating the customer list, and directs and assists the sales team to create awareness and need for the company products, develop new business opportunities and approach potential clients.
