Customer Care Agent For Johnson Controls


Johnson Controls is currently hiring "Customer Care Agent" based in Cairo to support our growing business and provide top-notch service to our customers across the region

This role is responsible for handling all customer service transactions including inbound/outbound calls and emails, delivering excellent customer experience and maintaining good image for the company

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business administration or any relevant field.
* At least one year of experience in a call center environment.
* Strong problem solving & analytical skills
* Good attention to details
* Team oriented personality
* Excellent communication skills
* Bilingual speaker “English & Arabic” is a Must
* knowledge of customer service principles and practices
* Very flexible and adaptive to new conditions or circumstances
* Proactive, service-oriented attitude and able to take our customer experience to the next level
