- Helps design graphic content for employee communication channels
- Assists in the development, production, and completion of internal marketing programs
- Supports day-to-day campaign management activities
- Help drive employees engagement in the different Activities, Programs, Employee Resource Groups and Innovation Competitions
- Plan and execute events and activities with the relevant stakeholders
- Assists with local execution and works closely with senior executives to assist in building out-of-the-box initiatives
- Contributes and supports multiple communication initiatives
Essential Requirements
- Graphic Design and Arts undergrad with up to 1 year of experience
- Highly talented with graphics designing skills with excellent knowledge and hands-on experience of Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent attention to detail and a high motivation to learn
- An entrepreneurial attitude and Intellectual curiosity
- Excellent command of English Language
- Strong Communications skills
- Ability to develop written content for newsletters, announcements and internal magazines is a plus
- Previous experience in events planning and management is a plus
