Admin Assistan For Youssef Allam


Youssef Allam is seeking to hire "Admin Assistant" with the following requirements:
-Coordinate spare parts delivery to Engineers
-Following up Engineers daily reports
-Archiving Technical reports
-Receiving customer complaints
-Sending and receiving faxes and e-mails
-Preparing reports for invoices
-Preparing expenses sheet for Engineers
-Preparing monthly invoices in AX
-Presentable, organized and has sense of urgency
-Very good in English and Microsoft Office
-BS in Commerce or any relevant certificate
-Ex. : 1- 2 years
-Location: 6th district -Nasr City
