-Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, software upgrading and repair on designated equipment.
-Completing Preventative Maintenance on time & properly based on the check list belongs to each equipment model.
-Ordering spare parts and managing shorter downtime of repair & minimum repeated calls.
-Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs, technical reports submission, and internal service records in a timely manner.
-Maintaining daily communications with customers directly Or via CS team to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
-Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated.
Identifying and participating in sales opportunities such as new contracts, contract renewals and solution sales.
-Very good in English and Microsoft Office
-Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
-Ex. : 0-1 year
