About the Job:
• Completing store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Identifying current and future customer requirements by building rapport with potential and actual customers.
• Ensuring the availability of merchandise and services by maintaining inventories.
• Marketing merchandise by display plans; analyzing operating and financial statements for profitability ratios.
• Protecting employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Determining marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales records.
• Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Good in English.
• High Presentable.
• Leadership and managerial skills.
• Highly Customer Service Oriented.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
