Performance Excellence Specialist
- Provide Performance Excellence (PEx) and project management guidance through collaboration with peers
-Ensure Performance standards for all departments are maintained through effective management of a controlled documentation program.
- Support all departments and assist with organizing, facilitating, tracking and reporting of 5S audits, and all related continuous improvement activities.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree of Engineering or computer science
- 5 - 7 years experience as performance Excellence
- Six sigma Green belt , Lean Manufacturing , TQM certificates
- Planning skills
- Data analysis skills
