Job description:
· Maintain deep and solid understanding and proficiency in SAPTelecom`s product and solution portfolio
· Willingness to travel to implement projects in our branches Oman and Dubai
· Perform design and presales activities and help customers to obtain the right solution to meet their business requirements and resolve their pain points
· Prepare bill of materials and technical offers
· Implement, deliver and document functional and optimized network and security solutions to the customers
· Provide the technical support to the customer, diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve the technical and operational incidents/issues that might be encountered
Qualifications:
- Solid knowledge and experience in IP networks
o Enterprise switching (structure, hierarchy, design, device configuration, troubleshooting)
o Topics of CCNA, CCNP switching are considered mandatory (or the same topics from equivalent vendor like Aruba “ACSA, ACSP” and Juniper “JNCA, JNCP”
· Excellent command of written English, reporting, documentation and research skills
