- being the first point of contact for end-users seeking technical assistance over the phone or email.
- Experience in supporting end users on a corporate network; specifically support involving Switches, Subnets, Routers, Active Directory Services, DHCP, DNS, Network Shares, File/Print services, Firewall (Sophos), Etc. is preferred.
- Maintain the daily performance of computer systems.
- Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images, and software.
- Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required
- Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
- Managing and troubleshooting any end-user equipment printers, scanner, Etc.
##Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field.
- Years of experience:- from 3 to 5.
- Advanced knowledge of computer software systems, including office applications, and operating systems.
Preferred CCNA & MCSA but not necessary.
