HR Generalist For ALFAYROZ

Job: HR_GeneralistLocation: #AlobourWorking hours from 9 AM to 5 PMDays off: Friday and rotational SaturdayGender: #Males ONLY
Daily duties below:--Manage the social insurance and Labor Law relations-Insure new hired employees paperwork is completed and processed.-Process all personal action forms,complete communication with social insurance office,and medical insurance company.-Monitor employees attendance.-Participate in the job description proccesses.-Determine the administration issue and resolve them for a smooth office operations.-Coordinate with the internal and external staff for daily administrative operations and supplies.-Manage the payroll from A to Z.requirements :--Bachelore degree in any relevant field.-HR diploma or certification will be needed.-Experience 3-5 years-Excellent communication skills-Good user of Microsoft Office especially excel.
