Sr. Training & OD Specialist For JOhnoson Controls

Al Salem Johnson Controls is currently "Sr. Training & OD Specialist" based in Egypt.
Job Scope:· Coordinate in design and deliver OD strategies, processes, and interventions.· Assist in developing these areas: performance management and Succession plan, Talent developments, internship programs, and organization effectiveness.· Oversee and facilitate the assessment center, individual development plan, competency models, career planning and TA consulting and get certified on licensed Assessment tools of ASJC.· Coordinate with L&D related training matrix and plan communicate with managers to define employees' training needs based on priority.· Design and develop organizational development and change management tools to be leveraged by Business Leaders during times of significant organizational change.
Job Requirements:· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration majoring in HR, Psychology or such relevant field.· 3 – 5 Years of Experience in OD.· Experienced in organizational assessment and change management.· Fast learner and good Cross-Culture understandings.
