Customer Support Engineer – Cloud Core Network (PS) - Huawei Egypt TAC

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide 24x7 support services to Huawei customers for PS Core Network products
- Ability to work based on on-call shifts
- Maintain and support system after commercial launch
- Perform system support and inspection
- Support the customer in system operation and give proper training if needed
Job Description (Education, Experience, Skills & Others):
- Education background: Bachelor degree in Telecommunications Engineering
Work experience: 2+ years’ experience on Core PS network / IP networks
-Familiar and Excellent understanding for Core PS network Structure and Flow, Ex. SGSN, GGSN, UGW
-Familiar with EPC network Structure , Service and Signaling Flow
-Familiar with MPLS , MPLS l2/L3 VPN , IPSEC solution
-Familiar with mobile technology "GSM, UMTS" equipment’s, hierarchy and Flow.
-Huawei PS- Core Network equipment’s awareness is a plus.
-Strong and motivated, responsible and initiative personality.
-Solution focused.
-Customer Centric and good communication skills
-Ability to work under pressure.
