Work Location: Dokki
Working Hours: 8 am :4 pm
Fridays & Saturdays off.
Job Tasks:
-Organize office operations and procedures.
-Control correspondences.
-Liaise with other agencies, organizations and groups.
-Organizing meetings and managing databases.
-Preparing letters, presentations and reports.
-Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff.
-Managing office budgets.
-Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems.
-Attending meetings with senior management.
Requirements:
-(3 - 10) years of experience.
-Very Good English Language
-BS/BA in business administration or relevant field.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office.
-Ability to help develop, implement, support, and review all policies, procedures, and systems.
-Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
