We are hiring (IT specialist)
Job Description:
- Server maintenance and upgrade.
- Keep up and maintain network (Internet – Printers – Punching machine – Central – DVR – etc.).
- Response and troubleshoot end user complains.
- Receive all new hardware procurement according to its specification.
- Receive employee IS equipment and ensure of being up and running.
- Installing operating system and all required application.
- Receive, check and repair all laptops and hardware.
- Ensure secure access to the network for remote users.
- Providing users with appropriate support and advice.
- Backup end user e-mails and important data.
- Responsible of the company official website .
- Ensure proper care is taken when using company machinery and assets to prevent injury or damage.
**Required courses:
- CCNA
- CCNP
- MCSE
