Technical Purchasing Engineer
Work on purchasing needs/requests sites of HVAC, FF, Power, and LC.
Research for potential vendors in consideration of product quality and cost.
Maintain relationships with existing vendors/suppliers to ensure continuous smooth supply.
Choosing the material according to B.O.Q.
Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers/vendors.
Negotiate contract terms and pricing in order to get the best deal.
Maintain purchasing information and records.
On approval, issues the Purchase Order, tracks and expedites the supply, handles Inspections and delivery to the site, and also provides assistance in supplier-site co-ordination for site handling.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Must be having working experience more than 5 years in contracting, Experience in purchasing is preferred.
Excellent in English.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and priorities work.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent Negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Very good in MS Office skills.
Giza or Cairo Resident is preferable.
