IA Financial Analyst For Sanofi 6 months Project


 


Job Purpose:

Supports during the phase of TM1 implementation and acts as a backfill for IA planning & Analysis /manufacturing BP.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Support TM1 implementation in IA

Organize timelines and key milestones.

Develop standard cost in compliance with group guidelines.

Develop and design tools, system and methods to improve analysis and ways of working.

Contribute to Master data issue resolution.

Prepare & update analytical structure (cost centers, CFN structure etc.)

Performance and follow up for implementation actions.

Support in all Financial Planning & Analysis duties

Carry out the actions to realize the agreed strategy.

Organize timelines and key milestones.

Develop standard cost in compliance with group guidelines.

Follow up targets during the budget and LRP process.

Provide all analysis to understand and explain standard costs.

Analyze e variances and explain actual results versus Business plan, Forecast etc. every month

Animate, coordinate Budget , LRP and Strat Plan

Master data maintenance

Closing entries, accruals preparation for P&L

Performance and follow up for implementation actions. The key contribution is in the evaluation of financial impact of the actions and alignment with P&L during budget /Strat Plan cycles.

Managing interface processes between SAP modules (Athena & CEP/Shift)

Others

Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsible for applying the HSE related requirements for the company in all related working procedures.

Job Holder's Entry Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree of business administration, Commerce or relevant degree

Experience: 0 - 2 years of experience

Special Knowledge/Skills:

Very good command of English language.

Excellent Computer skills (win word, Excel, Access).

Communication & presentations skills
