Requirements

- 1 - 3 years of progressive experience Designing In Real Estate Customer Service field.

- Good Command of English and good using for Microsoft office.

- Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills and a Team Player.

#Job Responsibilities

- Serve customers by providing product information and resolving any related customer inquiries.

Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.

- Maintains customer records by updating information

Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, following up to ensure resolution.

- Performs other related duties as assigned.
