Admin Assistant For Khabeer Group



 KHABEER Group is looking for an Admin Assistant, the ideal candidate is a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude.


Responsibilities:


Acting as the point of contact among CEO, Team Leaders, clients, and high-level business partners.

Coordinate to implement procedural and policy changes to improve operational efficiency.

High-level inbox management, drafting correspondence, gatekeeping, and logistics for high profile visitors.

Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner.

Co-ordinating, prioritizing, and rearranging the diaries and meetings for the CEO.

Generate excel sheets reports as requested by the CEO.

 

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business admin. Or Medical / pharmaceutical field will be an advantage.

Previous experience as an Executive Assistant is a must

Previous experience working with CEO/Board members in multinational corporates is a must.

Extensive experience at multitasking, prioritizing, working to deadlines, a keen eye for detail

Must demonstrate discretion and be able to maintain confidentiality

Hardworking, loyal, and a flexible approach to work.

Superb English skills - written and spoken.

Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft office packages.

Solid problem-solving and team management abilities.
