Teraz Consultancy Company, A leading Multi-National Consultancy office in 5thsettlement, is looking to hire a Concept Design Architect as follows:
Applicant requirements:
· 6+ years relevant experience as a concept design architect.
· Strong sense of concept design and competitive winning work with a proven track record of major project delivery [in the form of a portfolio]
· Production of unique architectural, urban & landscape Pre-concept Design, Concept Design, Schematic design
· Experience of design / construction in a variety of building types
· Strong conceptual thinking
· Proficient in the use of concept design tools: Sketchup, Revit, 3D Max, Photoshop
· Familiar with Local Codes of Practice
· Strong problem solving and analytical skills
· A resilient work ethic with attention to detail, design quality, aesthetics & market trends
