 BCI Egypt - Opportunity "Customer Service Officer"

Location: 6th of October City

How your day will look like:

- Ensure that all booked Sales Orders are matching the client requirements

- Maintain efficient reporting on "ERP system" to avoid over booking and have accurate data for project planning

- Review and identify the client /contracts' requirements stipulated in the required documents to propose the optimum product package

- Inform all concerned departments about the existing and possible deviations in the schedule along with the required Revisions after consultation with superior

- Boost relationships with key customers and clients through attending meetings as required and ensure that the clients’ request / feedback / suggestions are being reliably attended and properly communicated, resolve all clients complaints and record them for future referrals

Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree in any relevant field

- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role

- Very good in English and MS Office

- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
