Job Accountabilities:
Receive and review all payments and received cheques (PDCs & Current dated cheques).
Assist in the bank reconciliation.
Support Audit related activities for the department.
Handle a monthly analysis for all customers.
Post and issue monthly invoices and claims.
Handle balance confirmations and reconciliations for all customers.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
1-3 years of experience in AR accounting preferably in real estate.
Exposure to SAP and Yardi is an asset.
Excellent understanding of setting up and organizing databases and spreadsheets.
