Job Description
Assure all chemical tests on raw materials and in-process samples until final product, as per defined control plan.
Apply raw milk and raw materials analysis.
Apply semi, finished product chemical analysis.
Analyze for prepared batches of juice, milk, fermented milk.
Analyze for finished products of juice, milk, fermented milk.
Conduct environmental analysis.
Apply safety Practices in workplace.
Apply data analysis and report results to lab supervisor/ lead.
Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree of science or agriculture science (Dairy technology).
Experience (0-3 years of experience) in Chemical laboratory.
