In this role, you have the opportunity to

You are responsible for

- Processing changes Rewards related data

- Supportimg in running analytics on compensation data and conduct trend analysis

- Supporting delivery of reports within scope.

- Responding to external/internal requests for information

- Managing and record document flow

- Actively identifying improvements according to LEAN ways of working and participates in LEAN process improvement activities

- Assessingand analyses the desirability/necessity of improvements and simplifications in HR related processes and procedures and initiates a change request. Deciding on the desirability of using and making (administrative) tools.

Introduces new HR supporting process activities.

You are a part ofYou will be a part of a global team, supporting diectly Head of Rewards META with data analysis and execution of the rewards processes and policies in the market of Middle East, Turkey and Africa.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

- University degree in Finance, Audit, Accounting or a relevant discipline

- 0-2 years of major related experience

Adnavced knowledge of MS Excel

- Strong analytical skills and great attention to details

- Project management skills and continuous improvements mindset

- Eager to take initiative and ownership of your projects and focused on understanding customer needs

Advanced English both verbal and written
