Job Description

TIS is hiring Customer Support Specialist for one of our sister companies located in KSA, its E-Commerce Platform specialized in Digital Products (E-Payments Telecom Services - Electronic rechargeable Cards - Online Games payments - Etc.).

Receive all inquiries and complaints from customers such as (payment method, payment disputes, Etc.) and respond quickly.

Good dealings with the complaint  according to the nature of the query or complaint.

Writing a daily report to document the daily inquires.

Being the first line support for troubleshooting.

Resolve customer issues by Live Chatting, ticket & email. 

Making sure of the product's quality.

Requirements

1 Year of Experience in Chat Customer Support or Backoffice Customer Support .

Good Experience in Live Chatting.

Experience in Typing (English and Arabic)

English level: very good.

Excellent communication skills &interpersonal skills

Intuition & multitasking
