Qsource Outsourcing is hiring Junior Technical Recruiter
Job Description:
•Create ads to open vacancies on companies’ page and on social media.
• Update job descriptions and requirement regarding client needs
• Source potential candidates from websites and social media (Facebook, LinkedIn and Wuzzuf )
• Filtering the recruiting E-mail to attract qualified candidates.
• Screen incoming resumes and applications form.
• Make interviews for selected candidates (phone, virtual and in-person).
• Make a schedule for interviews meetings.
• Send the schedule and location to the candidates via WhatsApp or Email
• Prepare and distribute assessments for instance, IQ and Technical Test
• Make a shortlist of qualified candidates.
• Communicate with clients via E-mail or phone.
Job Requirements:
- English: Very Good to Excellent.
- Experience From 6M-1 year experience as a recruiter. (preferer who worked in recruitment agency or outsource company).
- Workshop in recruitment or HR diploma.
- Flexibility to work on ERP system.
- Presentable and high communication skills.
-Location preferred: Maadi, Nasr City, New Cairo, Heliopolis, Zahra Nasr city, 1st settlement, 5th settlement).
Social insurance & Medical insurance.
Working days: from Sunday to Thursday.
Working hours: from 9:00 Am to 5:30 PM.
Company Location: 1st settlement
Location preferred for applicant (Maadi, Nasr City, New Cairo, Heliopolis, Zahra Nasr city, 1st settlement, 5th settlement).
