• Monitor server performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary enhancements to maintain peak efficiency.
• Administer and manage Office 365 accounts, licenses, and applications for our employees.
• Maintain and support the Active Directory infrastructure, including user accounts, groups, and access rights.
• Implement security measures and best practices to safeguard sensitive data and ensure compliance.
• Manage Azure Active Directory services and configurations to provide secure access to cloud resources.
• Collaborate with the IT team to deploy and optimize cloud-based solutions and services.
Design and implement effective data backup and disaster recovery strategies.
• Respond to data loss incidents promptly, ensuring minimal downtime and data loss.
• Lead the implementation process of ServiceDesk Plus, working closely with the IT team and stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Customize the platform to meet specific workflows, automation rules, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Generate regular reports on system performance, incidents, and service levels.
• Provide technical support and assistance to end-users as a L3, resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
• Collaborate with other IT team members and departments to implement IT projects and initiatives."
