Talent Acquisition Intern For Orange Business



 Job Description:

• The ideal candidate will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and support in

scheduling and phone screening of candidates, while also actively engaging in

projects such as the internship program and employer branding initiatives.

• Review the ICIMS portal and assist in CV filtration, while also contributing to projects

such as the internship program and employer branding initiatives.

• Update and maintain Excel reports regarding candidates' phone screening updates,

and actively contribute to projects such as the internship program and employer

branding initiatives.

• Attend calibration meetings with the Talent Acquisition team and the business to

understand the role and participate in projects such as the internship program and

employer branding initiatives.

• Develop outstanding sourcing strategies, including social networking and direct

sourcing, resulting in pipelines that meet ambitious hiring goals, and actively

contribute to projects such as the internship program and employer branding

initiatives.

• Engage applicants from the screening process through candidate shortlisting and

ensure an outstanding candidate experience, while also participating in projects such

as the internship program and employer branding initiatives.

• Contribute to the talent acquisition leadership team by providing thought leadership

on new recruiting tools, processes, policies, and procedures, and actively participate

in projects such as the internship program and employer branding initiatives.

• Actively participate in various projects such as the internship program and employer

branding initiatives, contributing ideas and support to enhance recruitment efforts

and employer reputation.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree.

• Demonstrates a high sense of ownership and takes initiative in tasks.

• Possesses a proactive attitude and consistently meets deadlines.

• Shows a strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.

• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in French is considered an advantage.

• Preferably majoring in Human Resources or a related field.

• Flexible availability to start immediately and commit to a 3-month internship

duration.
