The Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in Cairo is urgently hiring a CARETAKER (m/f/d) full-time (40 hrs/week)
The job includes the following tasks:
Various maintenance and repair tasks
Technical control and operation of central systems such as heating, air conditioning,
water, alarm systems, lighting, etc.
Maintenance of the outdoor facilities / ensuring the house rules
Simple administrative tasks
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
Education and/or experience as caretaker, electrician & related professions
Arabic spoken and written, knowledge of German and/or English
Ability to work in a team, flexibility and high reliability
Organizational skills
Good manners and well-groomed appearance
PC knowledge (World/Excel) desirable
Non Egyptian applicants must have a valid work and residence permit for Egypt (please attach a copy of proof)
