We're hiring a Senior Maintenance Supervisor at Arabian Cement Company. Responsibilities: Develop and implement maintenance plans, schedules, and procedures. Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities and minimize disruption to operations. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and address them. Education: Technical Higher Institute graduate. Skills: Strong technical knowledge of facilities. Knowledge of health and safety practices and regulations. Excellent planning and leadership abilities. Ability to work under stress. Proficiency in English. Experience: From 5 to 7 years of proven experience in maintenance or a similar role.
