We’re hiring Senior Learning and Development Officer at Arabian Cement Company. Main Responsibilities: - Participate in the execution of the annual training plan through enrolling our employees in their assigned training courses. - Help in measuring the effectiveness of the delivered training courses through the applied procedures. - Help in executing the Employee Performance Review process through sending the appraisal forms and fetching the completed forms while ensuring that performance reviews are completed in a timely manner. Requirements: - Bachelor Degree in the Business Administration or equivalent. - Maximum 3 years of experience in general HR field preferably in the training and performance management functions. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Excellent Time Management Skills - Excellent Team Working Skills.
