We're seeking to hire " Senior Export Sales" for ADC- Export Located at Nozha el Gadeda.
-Job Description:
Monitor and track shipment schedules to ensure timely arrivals and departures, and develop contingency plans for delays.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handling incoming calls and providing necessary information.
Ensure compliance with export laws, regulations, and inspection arrangements.
Manage and streamline the order flow to ensure efficient processing.
Collaborate with the finance department to resolve any account-related issues.
Coordinate communication between the sales department and customers to ensure smooth transactions.
Evaluate and monitor orders and sales processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Oversee the order management process throughout the value chain.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and opportunities for improvement.
Work closely with different internal departments to ensure the seamless flow of information and services.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports to track performance and issues.
Verify compliance with specifications and conditions for issued orders.
-Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in managing export processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field.
Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
Experience in a similar role, ideally in a manufacturing business.
