The Egyptian Food Bank is seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Supervisor to join their team.
Position Overview: As the Senior Talent Acquisition Supervisor, you will play a vital role in building a skilled workforce for the Egyptian Food Bank. Your responsibilities will include leading talent acquisition strategies, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring the organization attracts qualified candidates who align with its values and mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create relevant job descriptions.
- Promote the Egyptian Food Bank as an employer of choice through various channels, such as social media and career fairs.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment.
- HR Diploma preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate with various teams.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
