Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager with a minimum of 8 years of experience as Accounting Manager to join our dynamic team. you will oversee the accounting department, manage financial reporting, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies, conducting audits, and analyzing financial data to support decision-making processes.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Managing day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance of financial reporting.
- Collaborating with internal teams to support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Conducting variance analysis and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Liaising with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Supervising and mentoring accounting staff to enhance their skills and performance.
Requirements:
- Experience: 8 + years of experience in accounting managerial role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics AX is essential familiarity with other ERP systems is a plus. ( is a must )
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Leadership: Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing a team.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
