We are looking for an Admin assistant to join our team
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems.
•Enter data into relevant systems with a high level of accuracy.
•Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents.
•Handle confidential information with discretion.
•Provide general administrative support to various departments.
•Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines.
•Anticipate administrative needs and proactively address them.
•Work closely with other administrative staff to ensure cohesive operations.
•Collaborate with different departments to facilitate cross-functional tasks.
Main qualification :
• Fluent English
• Bachelor's Degree from a relevant University.
• Microsoft Office proficient
• Experience 3:5 years
• Good at Excel and Word
• Good communication skills
• Fluent English is a must
