Senior GL Accountant is needed for a factory in the
Agriculture sector.
▶️ Responsibilities:
-Responsible for bookkeeping and maintaining accurate financial records.
-prepare financial reports, perform research and analysis, maintain the general ledger, perform account reconciliations, assist with audit preparations, and carry out other accounting duties as may be required.
-preparing all tax compliance, assisting in audits, and responding to tax correspondence.
-Gathering information and explaining options for best practice to clients.
-Experience in preparing and submitting VAT returns, WHT and payroll taxes.
-Having previous experience in management of inventory.
▶️ Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in accounting is a MUST.
- Minimum (5) years of experience as general Accountant.
- Previous Experience in factories is preferred..
- Excellent proficiency in QuickBooks.
- Fully aware with IFRS and has previous experience adapting, US GAP or Egyptian local standards.
- Presentable & hardworking, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous Experience in working at food factories are preferred.
- Good Command of English both written & speaking.
