We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of human resources practices and the ability to manage and oversee various HR functions. This role requires a strategic thinker who can align HR initiatives with business goals, ensuring the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent. The Senior HR Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, overseeing recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Additionally, this role will involve working closely with senior management to develop HR strategies that support the overall business objectives.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Manage employee relations and address any issues or concerns.
Oversee the recruitment and selection process.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Develop and implement employee training and development programs.
Manage performance appraisal processes.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to senior management.
Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs.
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
Oversee HR administrative functions.
Manage HR budgets and resources.
Coordinate with external HR service providers as needed.
Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends.
Support organizational change initiatives.
Ensure a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback.
Prepare and present HR reports to senior management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in HR roles.
Industrial- manufactory experience.
Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with HR metrics and analytics.
Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies.
Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution.
Proficiency in HR software and systems.
