Chairman Personal Assistant

Job Location: Abo Rawash

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure workflow efficiency.
• Maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed.
• Ensure all office equipment is functional and arrange maintenance or repair when necessary.
• Supervise and support administrative staff and other office employees.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for staff and executives.
• Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns.
• Manage office budgets and track expenses.
• Handle petty cash, invoice processing, and vendor payments.
• Assist in payroll preparation and tracking employee attendance.
• Ensure the office complies with legal regulations and company policies.
• Maintain employee records and confidentiality.
• Develop and enforce office policies and procedures.
• Serve as the main point of contact for vendors, clients, and external partners.
• Communicate office updates, changes, and announcements effectively.
• Coordinate with HR, IT, and other departments for smooth operations.
• Organize company events, meetings, and training sessions.
• Assist with project management tasks and provide administrative support.

Qualifications Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field (preferred).
- Experience: 5-10 years of office management or administrative experience.
- Must have own car
