Role Summary:
Research and establish strategic partnerships to expand market reach.
Develop strategies to retain clients and drive long-term loyalty.
Responsibilities:
Act as the main contact for client concerns and needs.
Build long-term client relationships.
Track and manage client data, contracts, and renewals.
Resolve client issues promptly.
Monitor client accounts to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
Proven experience in sales/account management.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Working Conditions:
