Vacancy: Operations Executive
Location: Mall of Arabia
Part of the duties/responsibilities:
- Evaluate the daily operations in the mall through constant follow up and visits to ensure that all tenants are operating smoothly according to operations’ standards with no irregularities.
- Report all issues related to Customer Service, Maintenance, Housekeeping, Security, and Safety to Management to be resolved immediately according to internal standards.
- Report incidents for discussion with the Operations Manager through constant visits to all zones in the mall.
- Follow up on work progress through traffic on the units and the corridors of the mall and make daily memos, penalties, periodical weekly and monthly reports.
- Participate in implementation of the plans for promotional activities and annual festivals at the mall.
- Establish internal operational system, policies and procedures for quality assurance, customer service and food safety.
- Review outsourced utility bills against contract terms and operational KPIs to ensure compliance with received services and prevent operational issues.
- Develop work plans, objectives and goals for assigned area.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business Administration or any related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Mall Operations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible to work on rotational shifts.
