Job Description
· Manage and lead the quality operations and activities to ensure a high level of quality of raw material, packaging materials and final products.
· Handling customer complaints analysis & diagnosis of the defects root causes define of the corrective actions and preventive action of the problems to be solved.
· Participate in the formulation, preparation, implementation of procedures and policies with all departments’ managers.
· Ensure application of quality systems and standards effectively on the safety of products that meet the company's quality policies.
· Follow-up of the results of all samples in laboratories and evaluation and work on corrective actions.
· Follow up on customer complaints and track reasons of complaints and find effective solution.
· Follow up operation of the production lines in accordance with the applied quality and food safety systems effectively.
· Follow-up inspections internal, external reviews and assist all company departments in passing periodic inspections.
· Maintain the quality management system and follow up it to comply with all ISOs Certifications.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in veterinary or agriculture.
· Food safety & Quality background
· ISO Certifications
· Lead Auditor
· TQM
