💼 Position: Senior HR Operations (Personnel & Payroll Focus)
📍 Location: New Cairo
🔍 Qualifications:
. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
. 7-10 years of experience in HR with a focus on payroll and personnel management.
. Exceptional command of written and spoken English.
. Proficient with HRIS and payroll systems (Oracle, Hits, SAP, etc…).
. Strong understanding of labor laws, payroll procedures, and HR compliance.
. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
🔍 Preferred Skills:
. HR Certificates’ holder.
. Experience with payroll and benefits administration.
. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
. Oversee and process payroll accurately and on schedule, verifying time records, calculating wages, and ensuring deductions are correctly applied.
. Maintain payroll systems and records, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal standards.
. Respond promptly to payroll-related inquiries, resolving any discrepancies or issues.
. Maintain complete, up-to-date employee records in the HRIS, including employment contracts, job changes, and benefits enrollments.
. Responsible for social insurance full cycle & dealing with social insurance offices.
. Manage all tasks related to Labor offices.
. Administer employee benefits programs, handling enrollments, changes, and terminations.
. Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews, benefits termination, and final pay settlement.
. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, including tax withholdings, overtime, and benefits eligibility.
. Generate and analyze reports on payroll, benefits, and personnel metrics, assisting with audits and inspections as needed.
. Support the development and updating of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are communicated and accessible to employees.
. Act as the main point of contact for employee inquiries about payroll, benefits, and personnel matters.
. Assist with employee relations issues, supporting fair and consistent implementation of company policies.
. Participate in HR programs and initiatives that drive employee engagement and retention.
