This is a full-time, on-site position for a Club Branch Sports Manager at City Club Sports Management. The Club Branch Sports Manager will oversee the operations of the sports branch, focusing on enhancing member experiences, managing staff, and coordinating various sports activities and events.
*Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Develop engaging sports programs for club members.
2. Manage daily operations for customer satisfaction.
3. Recruit and train sports staff.
4. Foster a positive club culture.
5. Oversee scheduling of sports facilities.
6. Organize tournaments and events.
7. Maintain inventory and procure equipment.
8. Collaborate with other departments.
9. Ensure safety compliance.
10. Collect feedback to improve programs.
*Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in sports management or a related field.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Recreation, or a related discipline.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
4. Ability to create engaging programs that meet the interests of a diverse membership.
5. Experience in organizing and managing sports events and activities.
6. Proficiency in budget management and resource allocation.
7. Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for promoting sports and fitness.
8. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
