Hiring: Chief Accountant at Kandil Industries

Job Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chief Accountant.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage cash flow, budgeting, and cost control effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Financial Oversight & Control:
• Monitor financial transactions, spot-check journal entries, and ensure accuracy in records.
• Review financial reports and investigate unusual expenses or discrepancies.
• Check bank balances and ensure sufficient cash flow for payroll, vendor payments, and critical expenses.
• Handle overdue invoices, unexpected payments, or potential red flags.
✅ Process Optimization & Compliance:
• Fine-tune financial processes and eliminate bottlenecks before they escalate.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and respond to tax authority requests.
• Stay updated on new accounting standards and assess their impact on financial statements.
✅ Supplier & Client Management:
• Negotiate supplier payment terms while managing cash flow effectively.
• Resolve client invoice disputes professionally to maintain strong relationships.
✅ Team Leadership & Collaboration:
• Assign tasks within the accounting team for smooth workflow (invoices, reconciliations, overdue payments).
• Recognize and celebrate small wins, such as clearing invoice backlogs or closing the books early.
✅ Strategic Financial Planning:
• Analyze long-term financial trends to optimize profit margins and working capital.
