Recruitment Specialist
JDManage full-cycle recruitment for various roles across the organization, from posting jobs to onboarding.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using various channels (online platforms, networking, employee referrals).
Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a strong match with both the role and company culture.
Collaborate with department heads to understand specific hiring needs.
Maintain and manage recruitment databases and candidate pipelines.
Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies throughout the hiring process.
Ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Act as a point of contact for candidates and provide timely communication and feedback.
4. Reporting
Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source-of-hire to the Talent Acquisition Head.
Track and report on employer branding initiatives and their effectiveness
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or, preferably in a retail or fast-paced environment.
Skills:
Proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, job boards,).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Familiarity with labor law and employment equity regulations.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Languages: V.Good in Arabic and English is required.
Work Condition:
· Working Days: 5 days a week
· Weekends: Friday & Saturday are off
· Working Hours: 9 hours from 9 Am to 6 PM
