Requirements:

-Handle the Reservation process on CRM validating all related documents on system within the agreed SLA & follow up with related departments until unit is reserved on system.
-Handle Contract processing in terms of Client/Unit Data – Payment Annex – Technical annex same day of receiving the Reservation form.
-Interface with Sales & Finance Teams to receive the final approved payment plan to be attached to the contract for tailored payment plan.
-Handle the cycle of the contract with the couriers to start process of Client signature & handle internally any further requests/amendments from client until contract is signed.
-Manage the delivery cycle of the Contract in terms of signature from ORE management until client receives his copy, contract uploaded on CRM & Status of Unit reflected on system.
-Update to Client Relations with unreachable Clients monthly to inform them with status of contract with a feedback to act accordingly.
-Responsible on process of Contracts Archiving & afterwards with Archiving Company to assure smooth workflow.
-Maintain a tracking tool for all Stages of Unit starting the Reservation phase until Contract is delivered to Client.
-Process Contract Issuance of the Direct & Indirect Sales channels validating all related Documents & assuring no Duplication of Agents is taking place among Sales Team.
-Update the Sales Team with Contracts validity to start renewal process if needed.
-Internal update of Brokers Database with all related data: signing status-validity date of contract - commission %, for future reference.
-Responsible on preparing Weekly Sales performance Report to each Team Manager.

Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in commerce or business administration.
-Minimum 1 year of experience in the Real Estate field.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Outlook
