ELBanna Group isseeking to hire a Poultry Feed Mill Factory Manager.
Work Location: El Nubaria, Al Buhayrah.Duties and Responsibilities:
· Oversee all aspects of the mill operations including production, quality control, maintenance, receiving, and shipping.
· Responsibilities also include recruiting, hiring, and training of personnel.
· Manage inventory of raw materials and finished products
· Implement and monitor safety programs for all feed mill associates.
· Ensure compliance with all governmental regulatory requirements.
· Coordinate with nutritionists and other experts to formulate feed.
· Monitor the quality of products and ensure measures are in place for quality control.
· Monitor delivery of feed and ensure timely delivery.
· Prepare and submit reports on feed mill operations.
· Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving strategies.
· Coordinate maintenance and repair of mill equipment as needed.
· Ensure that all mill operations comply with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
· Poultry, Agriculture, and Livestock knowledge
· Proven experience as a Feed Mill Manager or similar role
· Experience in farm management and animal husbandry.
· Strong understanding of feed production processes
· Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols.
· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
· Relevant certifications in Agriculture or Animal Science are a plus.
